 | Stand up for Minnesota at your caucus!
 On Tuesday, February 2 the state’s major political parties are holding their precinct caucuses. Along with our Invest in Minnesota coalition partners, Growth & Justice encourages you to attend your caucus and introduce a resolution in support of raising revenue fairly in order to advance and preserve the vital public investments that help ensure broader prosperity for all.
We cannot continue the failed experiment of the “Lost Decade” and to address current shortfalls in state and local government through budget cuts alone; raising revenues must be a significant part of the state budget solution, and necessary revenues should be raised in a way that makes the overall tax system more fair.
Resolutions help shape party agendas for the coming biennium, and have a better chance of being adopted when introduced at a large number of local caucuses. So and introduce the . Growth & Justice is on the steering committee of the Invest in Minnesota coalition, comprised of the Joint Religious Legislative Coalition, the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and the AFL-CIO.
